Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Based On B/S

With the development of Internet technology and the country, the application of information technology has been deeply into the daily production and our life. The system through the flow of capital to the enterprise to control the operation of the enterprise, and plays an important role in the process of the leader in the enterprise.This paper discusses the development of the financial management system of small and medium sized enterprises, through the analysis of functional requirements and non functional requirements of the financial management system of small and medium enterprises based on B/S, use case diagrams. Flow charts, E-R charts and database are designed to realize the interface of each functional module of the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management system, and the function modules are tested. Firstly, this paper will introduce the research background, the present situation of domestic and foreign financial management system, and the structure of the paper are introduced. Secondly, his paper will introduce the financial management system for the needs analysis, designment of the certificate management module, cashier management module, payroll accounting and payment module and report module case diagram and use case description. Then, this paper will introduce the basis of functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis, the function module and database of the system are designed. Finally, the function module of the system is realized and tested.The ultimate goal of the system is to allow small and medium enterprises through the use of the system, and this system will provide a tool which can help the managers of the enterprise's financial situation to do well, so that we can make the right decisions and deployment. This system has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, which can entry, query, modify accounts and generate the corresponding statements automatically. In this way, the workload of the financial staff in the small and medium enterprises can be reduced.
