Real-time Measurement And Control Software Running Under Microsoft Windows --Study On Designing And Implement

In this thesis, the design and implementation of a real-time measurement and control software running under Microsoft Windows is studied systematically. As a practice of this research, we design and implement the software of measurement and control system for testing the performance of oil well tools at Tu-Ha oil field of Sin Kiang. Practical test showed that our software not only has fulfilled the real-time requirement, but also has many advantages such as robust and convenience. And our software has been put into use successfully. This thesis is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one is an introduction. In chapter two and chapter three, a thoroughly discussion to the design and implementation method of a real-time measurement and control system is presented. As the result of this research work, GENIE platform produced by Advantech is selected as the basic software development environment among several potential solutions. From chapter four to chapter six, we give a detailed discussion to the design and implementation of our software, which include the measurement and control software, the animation software and the data processing software. In Chapter seven, the main result of our research work is summarized, and some suggestions for further work are presented.
