| In the process of production, many controlled objects have time-delay,nonlinear,timevarying and other issues.It is difficult to get ideal control effect if use the traditional strategy.In order to solve these problems,this paper designs the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm which combines the advantages of conventional and fuzzy control.The paper control the three-tank water system by the simulation and experiment.Firstly, this paper propose a multi-model control strategy to improve the control performances.According to its control algorithm,based on the law summary of PID parameter adjustment,the author designs fuzzy-PID control algorithm. Finally,this paper adjusts the fuzzy controller’s scaling factor and quantify factor on line in order to improve fuzzy-PID control algorithm. The simulation control of three-water level need to be completed in MATLAB software.In doing experiments,using the process controller A3000 of hua sheng Co.,and using the way of combination of OPC technology and MATLAB to verify that the proposed control algorithm.The results show that the proposed control strategy greatly improves the control performances.It includes rapid response,small overshot,high control precision.In addition,it has a strong robustness and interference ability. |
