In the process of production,many controlled objects have time-delay,nonlinear,timevarying and other issues.It is difficult to get ideal control effect if using the traditional strategy.In order to solve these problems,neural network control technology,fuzzy control technology has been introduced imperative.Based on the design of three intelligent PID control algorithms,and realizing the three-tank level control in simulation and test environments.Firstly,this paper propose a multi-model control strategy to improve the control performances;then,aiming at three-tank control algorithm,based on the law of summary PID parameter adjustment,combine fuzzy control with neural network and technology PID control,and design RBF neural network PID controller;further,designing fuzzy neural network controller by combine fuzzy logic control and neural network.Among them,three-tank simulation control is done in MATLAB software.Beijing Hua Sheng's A3000 control process control systems and the OPC technology are used in the experiment,and use the way of combination of OPC technology and MATLAB to verify that the proposed control algorithm.The results show that the proposed control strategies greatly improves the control performances.Among them,the fuzzy neural network control shows rapid response,small overshot,high control precision.In addition,it has a strong robustness and interference ability.
