The Mass Customization is a kind of production model that provide customized product for user with batch- manufacture efficiency. The Requirement is the jumping-off place for company to understand customer's demand and design the product. For matching with the mass customization and requirement for design product, we design and develop this requirement management system. From the point of view of the product, we expatiate the relationship with the product, the requirement of the product and requirement management. Then we analyze the defect of the existed requirement management system. Also, we complete explain the character and the key technology point of mass customization. All of above are the base of our system.We design the architecture of this requirement management system. The whole system divided into two group: core modules and periphery modules. The system user visits the system through web client, and the core modules or the periphery modules give the feedback to the user. Also these modules cooperate with the other management system, and it makes all the data can put into product management for later using and analyzing.One of most important modules is Requirement Modeling. We bring forward a dynamic requirement modeling process to support Mass Customization. Now most product is requirement-driven design. According to analyzed requirement, we design the base method for description of requirement and requirement module for mass customization product model. In this part, we expatiate some important conception: Granularity, Requirement Granularity and Requirement Element. Then we give some principle points for decomposing requirement and combining requirement. In the last sect of this part, we give the chart of the dynamic requirement modeling for supporting mass customization.For mass customization, we design the requirement property, semantic requirement description and principle for them. We combine all the info with the requirement chain and requirement mapping. At the same time, we give the XML language of the requirement property and logic operation with the requirement description.The fifth part is another import part of this paper. In this part, we emphases on thekey technology of requirement controlling for supporting mass customization. We point out strategy of requirement changing and give the granularity control, role control and input/output control when requirement has changed. We sort the tracking of requirement, and descript how to control requirement version. For better management, we give up a series of formula for statistic and evaluating the requirement in one product or a group of products and we offer requirement test method. We also design the requirement query part, this part divide into single-query(landscape orientation) and multi-query(portrait orientation). With these control instruments, the whole system is accomplished and match with the mass customization.In the end, all of the works in this dissertation are summed up, and their futures are prospected.
