With the rapid development of weapons and equipments in the fields of ships, aviation and marine, the integration of large-scale equipments becomes more and more high complexity, which causes the first line maintainers can not be skilled in the specific situation of the equipment. Thus equipment problems can not be the first time to be repaired, leading to unexpected faults of the device.In addition, the current system architecture of the remote maintenance system is not perfect, and the system is one-way monitoring with single collection and communication function. The scene and the rear control center can not realize the diversified interactive communication.Therefore, establishing real-time communication between the first field and maintenance support department is very essential.This thesis based on the remote audio and video maintenance support system of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology Institute of Industry Technology research project, takes the remote audio and video maintenance support system as the research object,combining virtual instrument real-time data acquisition method with LAN data network transmission method. And a remote audio and video maintenance support system based on C/S network structure is developed. The design and research of this thesis has a clear background and practical value of engineering application, and the main contents include the following aspects:1. Introduce the function requirement and scheme design of remote audio and video maintenance assistant system, research and analysis function requirement of the system,then according to function requirement, design the client acquisition scheme and network interactive transmission scheme of the system.2. Based on LabVIEW platform, use LabVIEW function modules to develop client acquisition and pre-processing software, software functions include: real-time video capture,real-time camera, real-time video screenshot, real-time video compression recording, color image enhancement processing etc. Use the methods of LabVIEW calling MATLAB image enhancement algorithm and LabVIEW regulating BCG Value to realize image and video real-time enhancement processing.3. Based on LabVIEW platform, use LabVIEW communication protocol libraries to develop remote and diversified communication function. Use UDP network transmission protocol to realize real-time interactive transmission of two machines by instant messages.Use TCP/IP network transmission protocol to achieve real-time file data and video data compression transmission. Use DataSocket network transmission technology to realize real-time interactive transmission of two machines by audio data. Design adjusted video resolution, then by the way of using the queue to compress and transfer video data through LabVIEW image compression technology. Finally, test and optimize the whole system.
