With the rapid development of Internet, e-commerce as a hot emerging industry develope rapidly, more and more people prefer to trade and exchange on the Internet, such as online shopping, browsing portals, online showings houses, etc. The existing online houses exchange platform is mostly man-machine interaction, lacking of communication between human beings.The paper analysis the functional requirements for remote interaction module of "the software platform of network supermarket buyers" project, and analysis the characters of most current remote control software. There is a shortcoming in the existing remote control software that lacking of adaptive current network bandwidth for existing the large amount of image data transmission and not taking into account the shortcomings of bandwidth changes.Through studying today's classical scalable image coding algorithm deeply, the scalable image SPIHT coding algorithm is applied to the remote interaction module of the image transmission, to solve the network bandwidth problems in the remote interaction module of the image transmission. This method is adapted to network bandwidth and reduce the transmission of image data, balance the relationship between bandwidth and data.The module is divided the roaming window bitmap into three primary colors of the sub-image, then form embedded bit stream using SPIHT coding for each sub-image, and the bit stream is divided into packet of the basic image and two packets of images enhance for transmission. Wide bandwidth in the network, the basic image package and two strengthening packets are received by decoder, that the image quality is highest. When the network bandwidth is narrow, the decoder receives only the basic image package, the basic image is reconstructed. In other cases, the reconstructed image quality between the two former. Ultimately form adaptive bandwidth image transmission.Finally, the module is completed with the VC 6.0 platform. The result shows that the module can adapt to changes in network bandwidth, and also can reduce the amount of image data's transmission. The result is consistenting with the initial design is given to meet the needs of the module. So, the problems existing in remote interactive modules can be solved better.
