Along with the computer technology, embedded system technology, the rapid development of sensor technology, researching test and analysis system based on the above technology, in order to get, in the production, performance data of the test object under development and maintenance, then analysis the object, has become the common practices in various fields, including mechanical. Lower machine control system is the intermediate links of a mechanical test and analysis system, and determine the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of the whole test system, and the reliability of analysis results. This design of the machine control system, its application mainly focuses on the experimental teaching of mechanical performance tests of the instrument.According to the general requirements of the testing system, a machine system mainly includes three modules, digital and analog signal acquisition, embedded system and PC machine and lower machine communication. And this design of the test machine also integrates frequency control module, to input different power for the test object. Design will finish above modules related hardware circuit design, the hypogyny machine system programming, test and other aspects of work.This design uses the STM32 chip with powerful function,and include configuration to use photoelectric encoder, the acceleration sensor, linear displacement sensor, pressure sensor,to complete acquistion of the angular displacement, acceleration, the linear displacement of the component, and transmit that to the PC by the serial communication.That will provide data support for the upper machine system to do further processing,. Using the current mature technology, frequency conversion control technology, test and analysis system input different power for the mechanical, resulting in a broader range of test data, to improve the application range, realized is the response data from the power input to the output of the data.In frequency control module, using synchronization pulse width modulation method and the method for sampling of fundamental wave function. and combined with the characteristics of the STM32, some improvement of area method, make the control algorithm is more simple.Design using PROTEL draw circuit diagram and the electric principle, implement the integrate design of the three-phase frequency controller and the embedded system. Design the buffer short circuit of high power into the brake off, short circuit protection ofthe main loop. through the optimization, and many times repeated design, in order that the system circuit layout is more reasonable, more portable physical volume.Using Keil uVision, completed embedded chip and peripheral equipment programming work, compiling and the simulation of the program. Use of c++ Builder made a simple test software for system testing and experiment.Using shaper test bench, provided chongqing university experimental teaching demonstration center,completed the test and application of the system. Test provide shaper different speed ratio, and collected the crank angular displacement, acceleration and displacement of the ram, cutting tool chip pressure data, and pass the data to the host for processing and display, and the system runs stably, achieving the expected effect.
