In order to quicken the implementation of logistics automation for Industrial Training Center's workshop and according to the experimental demonstration of teaching work, we developed the control system for the experimental teaching AGV respectively based on 8-bit and 16-bit MCU. Firstly, the paper summarized the application characteristics & oriented technology of AGV and with the principle of economic, reliable, appropriate flexibility, brought up the overall design scheme of the mechanical structure and control system; Secondly, the hardware interface circuit of every module was designed with modular design, including power regulator module, path identification module, drive module, order sending module, ISP module etc; Thirdly, researched on the layout of the sensor array and tracing algorithm, accomplished the software structure design and function analysis of the control system; Finally, the paper introduced the program and simulation of AGV and made a comparison with various types of debug method. To enhance system stability, the hardware and software have taken the anti-interference measures.
