| In information society,as the organizers of the government in social development,how to improve th ecapabilities of their management and service with computer and network technology is a ptractical question.Based on the background,this paper discusses the construction of network platform for Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Award accreditation services.The main research work and achievements include four parts(1)Outlining the technical route and method used in service platform.(2)The overall design of the network platform,the construction of the overall framework system,the system data flow and the platform's basic functions are totally discussed based on the analysis and discussion of the platform's needs.(3)In view of the experts' position and importance in the evaluation of the platform and management,the detailed design for expert management services and frameworks are fully given,providing the main function module processing algorithms and processes.In addition,experts in the selection of expert management,project evaluation and project evaluation as well as several key technical issues are fully explored.The processing model is designed.(4)The systemof the network security has been designed,and the main strategies for the assessment of information are found out. |
