Research On Management Information System Of Science & Technology Consulting Expert In XX City

With the development of science and technology, there are many high-technology projects to be checked. Also there are many expertises to be elected for the projects. The original management system of expert's information in certain cities is simple and it can merely use data from database with single function. Therefore the expert's data can usually not be updated in time which can't make progress in the check work. Normally it is very difficult to manage and to elect experts because of such huge data of the experts. However, with the computer network technology's popularizing, it is necessary to building-up a new expert information management system.This paper combined the present state of building expert information management system, and developed the set of assistant decision support system based on web and data warehouse technology. First, the data warehouse and data mining technologies were briefly introduced. Data warehouse is to collate information archived; the result is to support the decision to establish. Data mining is to find the knowledge with time change in the hidden information of the data warehouse. Second, according to the characteristics of the management system, the data warehouse system's structure and the modeling technology were established. It described in detail the multi-dimensional database technology, metadata management, and online transaction processing and data mining, and other technical application in the theory and the related database system. Finally, the power of web-based technology and data mining expert management information system has successfully been realized using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database in windows2003 platform.The new system has functions of expert data arranging and analyses, it can self-motion elect the judge expert examined. Then it can still find the right expert with the suitable project. And appropriate responses from the corresponding item may use to assessment experts. Therefore the expert information system has been applied by the administration in project judging, which has great significance for project check and expert management. It has improved availability and it has management gone ahead in reality.
