With the rapid development of economy,the consumption of energy increase year by year,some like coal,oil and other non-renewable resources reserves declined obviously,coupled with increasingly serious environmental pollution,some agricultural,sideline product and living garbage is unable to process.The government has been begun to advocate recycling.The number of the leading enterprises has been begun to opposite plant-based waste fermentation technology research,but the biological fermentation process is highly nonlinear and strongly time-varying,big lagging.The data makes hard for the most biological parameters on-line measurement.In recent years,with the rapidly development of science technology and the computer software technology,some conventional creatures in the biological fermentation parameters(such as temperature,PH value,dissolved oxygen concentration,etc.)can achieve real-time online direct measurement.Only have a part of the biological parameters needed by the other parameters through the computer software to set up model to realize online measurement,such as product concentration,concentration of bacteria.Firstly,this article simply introduces the background of the biomass waste fuel ethanol fermentation platform significance and research status at my country,and briefly analyzes the biological parameter detection and control in the process of fermentation.Secondly,in view of the biological parameters testing,this paper in the third chapter introduces the design of the hardware system,the major of the temperature,PH and dissolved oxygen concentration in the detection method and control of the way of explanation.Finally,about of the biological parameters cannot be directly measured,introducing the soft measurement technology and the BP neural network technology.The article simply introduces the conception and classification of the soft measurement technology and the artificial neural network.In the fourth chapter explicates the establishment of the soft measurement model by based on BP neural network,including data acquiring and processing,the BP neural network training and forecasting.It is the core of this thesis,and also the key content of biological parameters monitoring design experiment.
