The thesis, application environment study of fermentation process modeling and controlling based on NN, is a part of the project, application environment study of antibiotic fermentation process modeling and controlling which is sponsored by natural science fund of Tianjin.Fermentation process possesses non-linear and time difference, it's inherence mechanism is very complex, some important course variable can't measure online, which made the fermentation process modeling and controlling more complexity. It resulted that traditional analysis modular had difficulties in realizing fermentation process controlling and optimizing.This thesis used ε-lysine fermentation process as research object, it's purpose is the study of application environment software platform of fermentation process modeling and controlling. The software platform of NN fermentation process modeling is used to realize fermentation process NN estimating modular. The software platform fermentation process controlling with NN estimating modular is used to realize state parameter estimating and measuring online, which makes improve the product rate. The research method of thesis is the utilizing of fermentation process principle, the characteristic of multi-layer forward NN to approximate any non-linear function and visual programming tools with VC6.0. The main achievements include: ①the software platform of fermentation process modeling is developed with multi-layer forward NN , fermentation process non- dynamics and VC6.0; ② accomplished the software platform of fermentation process controlling based on changed hardware controlling platform and VC6.0; ③implemented fermentation process state parameter estimating and soft-measuring with the use of the software platform of fermentation process modeling and software platform of fermentation process controlling.The software platform of fermentation process modeling and controlling with the hardware platform apply toε-lysine fermentation process, corresponding product rate is improved.
