With the rapid development and widespread use of network and information technology,numerous information websites based on information processing are used in many business,government,scientific research institution and information service,which obtains satisfying application effect and greatly promotes the informationization construction and development.In recent years,in the field of agricultural development,there has been a large number of information service system for different size and different information service systems,however,there are great difference in technologies and method for all kinds of systems,which results in these systems independent of each other,information and data unable sharing and repetitive system function and other problems so as to seriously hinder the development of agricultural informationization.How to solve the “information isolated island” problem and optimize the pattern which users access to resource has become the most urgent task in rural information construction.The study regards content domain definition,content management and system integration as the main line,adopting the Portal,SOA technologies to design the portal architecture,content management and system integration to implement the agriculture portal system,integrating all data that information users need together,which solve the problem above effectively.The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper puts up with the system architecture base on the Portal technology,focuses on the core technologies and key components,describes the principle and architecture and provides a feasible scheme for content aggregation and system integration.(2)The paper determines the service provider,content column and role setting by researching and analyzing the service object and requirements classification.Combined with the user requirements and business process,the paper classifies the service contents,assembles the information according to six blocks and completes portal resource directories.(3)During content processing,this study obtains agriculture information by manual work,member releasing and web crawler,and handles and releases these information.Afterwards,during designing the data module,this paper describes the data flow analysis and data dictionary for common user,vip user,super administrator and column administrator.(4)Through going into main portal frame,this study chooses Jetspeed2 which is open source for portal development,content management,system integration and other functions,and the rural information service system prototype is builtand verified.Aiming at rural information service portal system,this study provides highly-efficient and convenient information service for farmers and other agricultural experts,the study has universal significance and practical value on the agriculture informatization.
