Web service composition is a hot research topic in service-oriented environment. Cloud computing can realize a composite service efficiently. It provides abundant atomic services for composition. With the development of Web service technology, users pay more attention to Quality of Experience(QoE) of service.In order to satisfy the users' increasing demands and improve the efficiency of Web service composition for specific problem in massive Web services, an improved artificial bee colony optimization algorithm for Web service composition based on QoE was proposed in this paper. Firstly, we build QoE evaluation models on the basis of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP), and put forward the mathematical model of QoE applied to Web service composition optimizing problem. Four kinds of basic service topologies(sequence mode, parallel mode, selective mode, circular mode) and the method of compositng are introduced. Secondly, a knowledge based artificial bee colony(KABC) is proposed. The knowledge of service sequence of the high quality solutions is used to guide the updating of next generation solutions, so as to accelerate the convergence speed and improve the precision of solutions. Finally, simulation experiments and evaluation methodology are given, and the results prove KABC has better performance in Web service composition problem, compared with original ABC, PSO, DE.
