Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of e-commerce, cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet technology, more and more entrepreneurial, innovative IT companies are founded and developed. How to effectively build and develop the company’s own IT systems become a problem and IT decision makers need to face the problems. The first is how to position the company’s current level of development of information technology and the state, in order to guide the direction for further development of information technology and construction. This assay tries to combine ’the software assessment technique’ and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), which are the best practices in the area of industry. At the same time, it also designs and implements an ITIL-based information technology service management (ITSM) maturity self-assessment system.The main work:(1)By combing the theory of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Capability Maturity Model CMM (Capability Maturity Model) Maturity Model, construct IT service management capability maturity model: ITSMCM which is suitable for start-up IT companies.(2) Base on IT service management capability maturity model ITSMCM and assessment algorithm ITSMSelfAl, designs IT service management maturity self-assessment system:ITSMSelf, including the design of ITSMSelf architecture, data processing, data acquisition module, data processing module and data display modules.(3) Implementing a run in the Android platform system:ITSMSelf. ITSMSelf comprises:IT service management maturity assessment data acquisition interface, data processing module core algorithms, data display interface.(4)To do the software testing for the ITSMSelf system.the object is a Shenzhen start-up IT companies for the test work, a preliminary application attempts to IT service management maturity of self-evaluation. The initial realization of the application of IT service management maturity of self-evaluation.The main results:(1) Upgrading the traditional and manurity IT service management maturity assessments activities, implement IT service management maturity assessment system runs on the Android platform, it helps entrepreneurial companies to quickly evaluate and use.(2) IT service management maturity assessment results in the form of radar charts show, it helps to quickly locate their own maturity level in eight areas of IT service management.Finally establishs the ITSMCM model and ITSMSelf system, meets the entrepreneurial and innovative IT companies’ request in IT service management. By performing IT service management maturity self-assessment to help companies quickly locate the level in IT service management, help companies develop the next focus on the development and upgradation plans. Through the assessment process can guide the construction of IT service management. It is helpful for the research in IT service management maturity assessment.
