After nearly20years of construction, Shanghai Metro operation has considerable size,gradually become the main urban transportation. Among them, the automatic Fare CollectionSystem (AFC System), as an important part of Shanghai Metro, statistics and predicts thepassenger flow data for Shanghai Metro Operation Management Center to provide support,and also for traffic planning management department and decision-making departments toprovide more reliable base material.With the construction of the Shanghai Metro industry is getting comprehensivelyautomation, information and high intelligent, based on the introduction of the five layersarchitecture and the development history for the AFC system of Shanghai Metro, the essayanalyzes the present operation situation of the AFC system first. More and more largeamounts of operation datas, all kinds of equipments, more and more functional requirements,a variety of software versions must inevitably affect the system performance and stability tothe system robustness, availability and reliability. In order to solve these problems, the essayproposes to achieve the goal, realizing a set of IT management platform which ShanghaiMetro AFC system applies to. Then the essay reviews the requirements of the IT managementplatform through the actual conditions of AFC system.Secondly, on the basis of studying of ITIL (the Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT Service Management), agree the opinion that ITIL provides the bestpractice reference of management structure and related key process for the operationmaintenance of enterprise IT,and use a new business guide of thought to reconstructenterprise IT operation and maintenance system.Then, the essay analyzes the requirements of the AFC system, and also describes thestructure and operation principles. Finally, the essay attended the design and development ofthe system and focused on the development of the data processing module. Through thegeneral design,the system is divided into seven modules: incident management, problemmanagement,change management,release management,configuration management, softwarefunctional testing management and service desk. Some modules such as change managementand service desk are implemented.Last, we made a test for ITSM system of the Shanghai Metro AFC System, through thefunction test and performance test, two aspects of test data to verify functional integrity,availability and reliability, and the stability, efficiency of the system performance.This essay, through the ITIL standardization process definition, combining the currentsituation of the AFC system of Shanghai Metro, to realize the ITSM system which the AFCsystem applied to.The actual application, improving the stability and robustness of the AFCsystem of Shanghai Metro, and in line with the development of metro AFC System, has animportant significant application and promotion prospects. At the same time, as ShanghaiMetro the first to realize ITSM management information system, provides a strong basis forIT standardization process management for the future all kinds of information system ofShanghai Metro.
