Since the human have paid great attention to the concept of time, which havepromoted the technological innovation with the goal of digitization in all fields. So,the status of the digital signal is becoming increasingly important, thus, the digitalsignal system has been widely applied and has been more complicated. When a largeamount of digitized product appears, the corresponding industrial is the research ofthe digital signal detection system. Which plays an important role in the detectingsectors of digital product including design, production, use and servicing. But,currently the top of digital signal detection instruments are monopolized by overseasmarkets, the prize is amazing. As the lock of domestic resources in the digital signaldetection instruments, which has seriously affected the development and the trainingof the high-quality persons which especially are the talent of colleges and universitiesin the field of digital signal detection. Therefore, it is in urgent need of the appearanceof the cost-effective digital signal detection instruments in the domestic markets,especially in the laboratory of colleges and universities.In the paper, two kinds of test instruments which are respectively logic analyzerand digital integrated circuit measuring-testing instrument in the platform architectureof VIIS-EM named for virtual instrument integration system-electronic measuringhome-made by jilin university virtual instruments laboratory will be introduced. Theplatform is based on the virtual instruments technology and the modularizationmethod. Whose advantages are multipurpose integrating, stable performance, stungexpandability, short development cycle, low cost, wide application field. So, theemergence of the VIIS-EM system provides comprehensive and cost-effectivereconfigurable test systems.The design schemes of two kinds of test instruments above are based on theMUC+FPGA+VIIS-EM+LabVIEW. Its hardware board consists of data acquisitionanalog circuits, MCU technology and FPGA technology. The paper focuses on achieving multi-kinds of trigger mode and FIFO data cache circuit of virtualinstrument technology, as well as signal excitation module, dual-port RAM unit that isdesigned for the communication between function board and main control board,decoding unit circuit in digital integrated circuit measuring-testing instrument; ThePC software perform operations including the data processing, display and storage byLabVIEW; the interface of soft and hardware constructed by system-in VXI bus andsystem-out USB bus. After the instruments are accomplished, by the home-madedigital chip testing circuit and DIC chip, we have verified the feasibility and stabilityof the testing-instruments.and the results shows that the home made instruments reachthe predetermined indicators and worth promoting in the experimental teachingapplication of colleges and university laboratory.
