| Virtual instrument is a hot technology in the current measurement and control field, Itrepresents the future direction of development of the instrument. Labview is a virtualsoftware development platform, the best in the world. Virtual instrument technologymakes full use of computer resources, the spirit of "the software is the instrument"efficiency and has been widely used in various fields and solved many practical problems.In this paper, based on LabVIEW platform and using the virtual instrumenttechnology, the automation control software about Keithley2430digital SourceMeter isdesigned. The paper briefly introduces the purpose and significance of the research, theresearch progress at home and abroad are reviewed and then the Labview programmingmethod、basic knowledge of program structure，、ata acquisition methods are described indetail and the function Keithley2430digital source meter are described.The main work of the paper is presented as following. RS-232interface is exploitedto communicate with computer and USB to serial circuit board is designed and extendingapplications.Software design, the state machine is applied to the program design, program flowclarity and eliminating the need for unnecessary delay in the system, improve the responsespeed of the software.Data loss rate is greatly reduced, improving the stability of theoperating cycle of the producer/consumer model applied to the data acquisition andprocessing. Detailed study of the voltage source, current source, a pulse voltage source,and a pulse current source, a control command, and with Labview programming Increasethe data curve display, data storage and other functions, design user-friendly operatorinterface. Finally, the characteristics of the LED, using the design of the virtual instrumentto test and verify the system’s utility and stability. |
