Personnel Agent System Based On Rich Client

At present, with the development of information technology,more and more departments take use of computer technology to realize the paperless office, which will save resources to protect the environment, improve the efficiency and reduce the probability of error.The project is based on the method of ActiveX hybrid architecture programming style and designed for the Personnel Resource Bureau of Hengyang. The thesis will describe the basic principle and implement method of system and the main work and achievements are summarized as follows:1)To describe the system development background and the trend of the personnel office automation system.2)To demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of different development phase of the software. Based on the analysis of C/S mode and B/S mode and the advantages of ActiveX technology, the hybrid programming architecture style is selected.3)To design the whole framework design and the basic data table based on customer demand and the software engineering process.4)To analysis function and application of the system, based on which, a detailed description of the system development and a part of thedetailed design of the main module are analyzed.5)To design a kind of automatically built method of the database and table which are easy to be used. It not only greatly reduces the maintenance cost, but also is convenient for software upgrade.
