In recent years, State grid Comperation of China advocated constructing "global energy Internet" to promote the clean and green way to meet the global demand for electricity. In the global energy Internet,due to various stakeholders and intersectional functions, the interactive of Smart Grid and relatively opening communication network,the risk of information security of Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI) is increased. The security and speediness of AMI communication is the foundation and the key to global energy Internet information security. At present, the global academic community, power system operators and regulators have launched research work on the security and speediness of AMI communication.. The Quaternary Double and Add or Subtract algorithm is proposed to improve the security and speediness of elliptic curve cryptosystems in the paper.The encryption and decryption speed of AMI unicast indicate a rise of 53.8% and the ability to resist side channel attacking have quadrupled by using the algorithm. And it also proposed the multicast key management scheme based on the members' behavior model, which not only strictly guaranteed multicast forward security and backward security, but also orderly and efficient update multicast key while maintaining good communication efficiency and lower key management overhead. The main research contents and results are asfollows:(1) Proposed Quaternary Double and Add or Subtract algorithm(Quaternary algorithm) to solve the problem that the efficiency of ECC is not high(compared to symmetric encryption). This algorithm taked the efficiency up 17.1% by calculating 4P on Jacobi coordinates and point addition on Jacobi-Affine coordinates, using quaternary represent of k based on non-adjacent form, and deriving the formula of 4P on Jacobi coordinates. What' more, the efficiency can be taken up 53.%, if the bit of k is fixed.(2) Analyzed the security of Quaternary algorithm against side channel attacks. Demonstrated that the Quaternary algorithm can pefectly resist simple power attack, and it's ability against differential power attack is four times of the original algorithm. The results show that: the algorithm had solved the defect of ECC that can't resist side channel attack(including simple power attack and differential attack power).(3) Proposed the key management scheme of AMI based on members' behavior model. The scheme divided members into different subgroup based on member's behavior model, and maked use of "divide and conquer" strategy and threshold scheme to make the system efficiently and orderly update multicast key. The research indicated that the worst-case communication efficiency of the scheme is poor, but average communication efficiency is very good. This scheme ensured themulticast communication efficiency of AMI.(4) Verified the key management scheme of AMI is safe and fast: the new key management scheme can well protect the data, forward security and backward security. What's more, this scheme is superior to LKH and Iolus, which have been proposed.By improving the multiple algorithm of ECC and formulating key management scheme of AMI multicast, improved security and speediness of both unicast and multicast of AMI. This reserch has theoretical and practical significance to realize the whole data interconnection and build the global energy Internet.
