| In recent years, IOT (Internet of thing) technology, especially RFID (Radio FrequencyIdentification) technology has been widely applied and promoted due to its non-contactautomatic target recognition and other significant advantages. Especially in the field ofThird-party logistics warehouse, it can significantly improve the level of enterpriseinformatization, reduce logistics costs and improve competitiveness of enterprises through theintroduction of IOT technology. However, the factors such as lower read rate always restrictthe large-scale applications of RFID technology in third-party logistics enterprise. Meanwhile,sensing technology,another major branch of IOT, also lack effective integrated approach inthe field of logistics. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of application IOT technologyin Third-party logistics warehouse, this paper makes the work below:(1) Aiming at the problem of current RFID system has low reading rate and reliability.Based on the analysis of the recent research status, this paper proposes the introduction ofintelligent machine learning techniques--support vector machine approach to simulate andpredict the test of factors which can influence the tag read rate, and then guide the deploymentof RFID system, thereby saving manpower and resources and improving the reliability ofRFID system.(2) Aiming at the problem of high cost and technical barriers of using RFID technology.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of third-party logistics, this paper build theapplication architecture for the using of RFID technology in the field of third-party logistics,and optimize the application processes. Through the integration of RFID technology andMiddle-ware technology into logistics full supply chain, we achieve the goal of improving theintelligence level and reducing the using difficulty. Meanwhile, through the transformation ofthe traditional processes, adding the link of weighing verification, the reliability of the RFIDsystem in logistics application has been improved too.(3) For the lack of effective integrated approach of sensing technology in Third-partylogistics. This paper proposes an application method of using temperature and humidity sensors in the field of logistics warehouse, by combining the sensing technology andtraditional RFID middle-ware technology into an IOT middleware which can allowsenterprises to integrate with sensing technology easily.This paper provides a new idea and method for the application of IOT technology intothird-party logistics. It is a bold and meaningful attempt for using an intelligent machinelearning algorithm in solving the RFID deployment optimization problem. Result demonstratethe feasibility that the support vector machine learning algorithm used into the tag read rateoptimization problems and the method of IOT technology using into third-party logisticswarehouse. |
