Pressure and challenges have been amplified for cigarette enterprises when the industry keeps pace with the rapid development.those enterprises should reform and improve the standard of information technology development,the standard of application in virtue of the new concepts and the technologies benefited from the fourth industrial revolution.Control system of energy and power is the comprehensive information management system targeted for both enterprise energy control system and equipment power control system,meanwhile also is a hub for factory-floor automation and enterprise MES system.The advanced management and control system of power and energy can enhance the cooperation ability of manufacture and improve the production management level.Furthermore,it can realize real-time control and quick reaction during the production process.To improve the management and competitiveness of enterprise,this paper designs an integration control system based on the enterprise actual situation by using automation and information integration technology.The main content of this paper includes the analysis of business processes,the definition of system function.The advanced management and control system is designed according to the analysis of requirement.This system includes design foundation,design specifications,system architecture,system composition,and system interfaces,etc.Functional modules are also designed in detail.The paper discusses the realization of the system based on the development platforms of Wonderware Intouch and Visual Studio 2005.Net from Microsoft.Microsoft SQL server 2005 is the database platform.This energy and power control system has improved the production management level of power workshop.Workshop managers quickly get production information and status at any time.Operators can monitor manufacture equipment remotely,apply the analysis for those data,complete the transition from qualitative index to quantitative index,reduce workload greatly and improve production effectively.Experimental results validate that the proposed system can improve production management level,save energy and reduce consumption for Jinan Cigarette Company.The proposed system has been acknowledged by the industry colleagues.
