Big or heavy equipment is more and more widely used in of all kinds of industrial facilities field.It has the important characteristics of large weight,large width and large height.And the corresponding bulk transport equipment such as large or even super large hydraulic platform also occupies the important position and gradually comes into the public view.The quality performance is an important index for measuring hydraulic platform car.Because there is no corresponding monitoring protection or the deficient monitoring facilities,it causes load rollover or damage eventsoccasionally andleads to the incalculable loss.Especially in order to improve the safety of the load for loading,unloading and transporting by platform car,therefore,the job is very necessary that the paper makes the detection and monitor researches for the hydraulic platform car to guarantee the real-time of data acquisition and data transmission.In the existing large hydraulic pallet truck monitoring system,the measurement of the related parameters of large equipment is using the way of cable(based on CAN bus).Or measuring the data by using the static resistance strain gauge,it sends the data through the USB cable to the PC to read,store and display.But the cable way above in the monitoring system is vulnerable to cumbersome cables.And due to the long-term exposure to the outside,the cables will come up the phenomenon of being corroded and aging;In addition,for the requirement of the data accuracy and the real-time for the data communication,although CAN bus gives the related designs,it itself is still has the insufficient of the data inconsistency and the node stoppage in data transmission;now the test instrument has a relatively low degree of portable,the visual data display device is fixed,and the detecting position is taking limitations.Aiming at these problems,combined with the wireless sensor network technology,the real-time monitoring design plan of support stress of the large hydraulic plate based on a short distance wireless communication mode(ZigBee,and WiFi network)is proposed.The main content of the paper are as follows:(1)The hydraulic characteristics of the tablet are introduced in detail,including the hydraulic plate structure and force analysis.Place the load on the frame,and the hydraulic suspension system connected to the frame carries its main weight.And it comes up the force analysis of the frame and the hydraulic suspension system based on a diagram model and the theoretical derivation.On this basis,select the detection methods based on resistive strain gauge sensor by contrasting several detection methods.What's more,it works out the gravity and the center of gravity and the allowing loading zone of the load trough the Hooke's law,the moment balance principle,and the relationship between pressure and stress to solve the problems that the staff makes load handling only relying on the experience.(2)By contrast with the data detection methods based onthe capacitance weighing sensor,the pressure sensor and the displacement sensor.And the capacitance weighing sensor uses the plate spring as the moving parts,producingthe voltage signal beacause of the change of capacitance,but due to the influence from environment it can cause data measurement error;the pressure sensors are connected to the hydraulic oil cylinder,outputtingthe current signal through the oil pressure change,but it is only suitable for the small load;the displacement sensor measures the data by identifying the displacement change,but the device is susceptible to the effect of the friction.And the flexible,small volumeand precisionresistive strain gauge sensorcan reduce or avoid the effect of weatherthrough the seal,so selecting the detection method based on resistive strain gauge sensor.(3)By contrast with the pros and cons of several monitoring methods such as the cable and wireless monitoring system based on PC,CAN bus and GPS and GPRS,selecting the monitoring method based on the short distance wireless way,replacing the cable way in wireless way,and using the wireless sensor network technology,the system solves the problems that the line is tedious,easily corroded and aging.And also it overcomes the shortage of CAN bus.(4)A single and fixed hardware display platform is replaced by the embedded terminal or PC(fixed on the indoor driving room)and the portable hand-held terminal.And this realizes the real-time view for the construction personnel and the driver,provides the related reference data,and improves the security of the load loading,unloading,and transportation.The simulation experiment of the hydraulic plate stress monitoring is carried out by building the experiment platform.And the experiment finishes the performance test of the monitoring system.By contrast with the testing results of the static resistance strain indicator and the monitoring device,the experimental data show that in the range of the allowable error,the monitoring system has reached the expected results.
