Through the study on the current situation of electric power marketing on-site inspection operations, found that the way it works is given priority to with artificial field inspection, so put forward the design of on-site inspection operation system based on mobile terminal and information management system. Mobile terminals have been applied to the system for electric power marketing field inspection operations, realize information, automation and standardization work at the site. In addition, in the on-site audit work, there is a big part of the electrical behavior is not standard user mainly for the various types of super capacity utilization. During power default super capacitors special inspection, electric power users must first be classified, the default super capacity reason can be targeted for the on-site inspection work, improve work efficiency.
