With the deepening of the reform of electric power system, the level of the transformation of rural power network is building up, the proportion of users and electricity consumption accounted for total is growing, how to strengthen the management of low-voltage transformer station area is becoming increasingly important. In the process of continuous expansion of transformer, there are some common problems, mainly in the following points: First, the transformer load rate increases beyond the range of transformer economic operation. Second, the problem of three phase imbalance is serious, affecting the safe operation of electrical equipment. Third, the end voltage of the line is reduced, and affects power quality.Fourth, the utilization of the electric energy is low, and it's necessary to go on compensation of reactive. Fifth, the wire can not meet the demand of the load; there is a need to replace the wire. These problems are to some extent; improve the power line loss, resulting in the high line losses. How to realize the effective monitoring of the low voltage transformer station area and formulate the reconstruction scheme to solve the above problems is becoming a important problem for the power supply enterprise.Based on this, puts forward the idea of establishing the comprehensive monitoring system of power supply enterprise transformer district.First, researches on the main indicators for monitoring the transformer zone area,and the calculation method. The main indicators for monitoring the transformer zone area has the following six, respectively is the line loss rate, three-phase unbalance,transformer load rate, the terminal voltage, power factor and lead information. The state and the State Grid has developed a number of national standards and industry standards, such as "Q/GDW22 002-2012-22103 the line loss management standard", "power system voltage and reactive power technology guide", "GBT15543-1995 power quality admissible three phase voltage unbalance degree" and so on to regulate transformer zone area management. On the basis of carefully read and research in the relevant standards, the formulation of the method of analysis and calculation of monitoring indicators, laid the theoretical foundation for the specific system development.And then, combined with the present management situation of low voltage transformer district, launched a design and development of comprehensive monitoring system of transformer station area. Consist on three aspects. First is the demandanalysis. Focus on the analysis of function demand. Second is to carry on the system overall design, including system structure design, function module design, database design. Third is the comprehensive use of computer technology, network communication technology and data warehouse technology to develop the integrated monitoring system of transformer station area based on web page. The development tool is Microsoft Visual Studio 2010; the development of language is C#.Finally, combined with the marketing system, line loss system and the geographical information system that already existed in power supply enterprises, use the distribution transformers integrated detection system to conduct a comprehensive monitoring of the 2 distributions. According to the question reflected from the monitoring results, the system gives the reform scheme. Through the simulation of transformation, each index of the transformer station areas returned to the normal range, and the theoretical line loss rate reduced, receive a good result.
