The Construction And Research Of Gansu Province Security Production Management Portal System

Gansu safety production management portal system aims at constructing a safety production unified portal integrated platform in Gansu for all or different levels security control institutions, security committee member units, production and management units,intermediaries and five types of users in society. It is hoped to realize the unified revealing,releasing and managing of information, the exploiting and expanding of functions in platform,and the adaption to the requirement of future development. It is an unified platform which is a channel and window to release information to outside, and an unified identity authentication and integration application system to inside.In requirement analysis of safety production management portal system, it emphasizes business requirements of united comprehensive portal integration and government affairs work OA, divides system functional requirements into common visitors, feedback processors,auditors and leaders, system administrators and operators on duty, as well as article keyboarders and assessors, and highlights six systematical non-functional requirements of performance, reliability, expansibility, security, manageability and usability. In overall design of safety production management portal system, it extrudes safety production management cloud platform framework plan, overall structural design and network architecture design. In detail system design, it stands out design of foreground subsystem and background subsystem by using of sequence diagrams and entity diagrams combining with modular structure dividing. Foreground subsystem is directly used by common visitors, article keyboarders and auditors and feedback processors. The system can be visited through internet after verification of external firewall. The database can be operated after the verification of inside firewall.Background subsystem is used by system administrators and assessors, which can be directly entered. The database can be operated after verification of inside firewall and tamper-proofing.Forefront management mainly contains function modules such as institution general situation, platform laboratory, technical research and development, detection and test, security evaluation, occupational health technology, safety standardization, consultation service and the party and the masses manpower. Background management mainly includes functions like journals operation and maintenance, article management and system management. To realize safety production management portal system, firstly system register module should be realized. Then it needs to explain the realization process of forefront management subsystem from instation search module, feedback module, news module and safety information disclosure module. The realization process of background management subsystem should be explained from system management module, column management module, article management module and information feedback module.B/S three-layer architecture system is adopted in the development of Gansu safety production management portal system. IE is used in client-side. Interlayer is developed based on Java EE platform standards. Struts framework technology is used in the design of software logical construction, Microsoft SQL Server2005 in the whole system of background database.At present, this information management system has been put into test run in Gansu Safety Production Science Academy. The academy has simplified operation flow and improved work efficiency.
