Safety production is the most important in the management of large coal mines, especially the safety of the coal mine is the focus of national and social security management. China’s large coal mine safety monitoring still exist in single means of monitoring, did not achieve all-round monitoring, which led to the our country coal mine disaster prevention ability not to, coal mine safety, major coal mine accidents. Coal mine production safety is threatened by gas, dust, flood, fire, pressure and other kinds of risk factors, and many kinds of safety hazards threaten the safety of mine workers. This requires that the mine must use the system engineering ideas, from the overall automation construction, to achieve the mine construction, management information, to eliminate the existence of information island, the integration of various resources, integrated automation advantages, to achieve information efficiency, building a set of network based on safety production of coal mine integrated information management system.Based on the above background, the design and implementation of.NET platform of the Bei Xin Yao minefield safety production information system based on. The system is divided into comprehensive monitoring network platform, dispatching integrated monitoring platform and safety production management platform of three subsystems, each subsystem consists of several functional modules. After analyzing the domestic and foreign research present situation, determine the design ideas and principles of the system, the overall design framework, on the Bei Xin Yao minefield safety production information system function structure, data flow, network security etc.. In the system detailed design stage, respectively, of the integrated monitoring system of scheduling integrated and safe production management three subsystems in the design and implementation of network architecture, design and implementation of mine safety production routing information of ground of industrial Ethernet cable, underground industry a ring network cable, on three sub system platform using UML model design system activity, temporal relations, set up the hardware and software structure of each sub platform.The system officially launched, has realized the dispatch network monitoring information, integration of monitoring information and safety information data concentration, which makes the system information extracting speed and work efficiency has been greatly improved, automation integrated business management more scientific, more specification standard. Not only provides a strong guarantee for the information management of safety in production, but also the development of other production management system for the northern Xin Yao mine reference.
