To solve these problems, the video websites should introduce talents vigorously to make the creators more professional,and strengthen vocational self-awareness of employees;secondly, the creation of original dramas should broaden the range of themes to enhance the script innovation and also improve the overall artistic value, in addition to this, the creation and marketing of original dramas could take advantage of the big data from viedo audience which is extremely valuable.
