In September 2012,in order to promote the preschool teachers' professional developmemt and establish a high standard preschool teaching team,the ministry of education issued the kindergarten teachers' professional standards.In the field of general knowledge from professional knowledge dimension it is specifically stated that preschool teachers must own certain knowledge of modern information technology.As for preschool teachers' information technology knowledge and ability,it puts forward the concrete behavior standards and requirements.The issuance of this standard is to adapt to the needs of the development of information society.The basis principles that it puts forward for preschool teachers also provides the fundamental basis for preschool teachers' training and assessment.What's more,it plays a leading and promoting role in training students of preschool education who will work as preschool teachers to develop their level of information literacy.As preschool teachers in the future,the level of information literacy that the preschool education students in secondary vocational schools have mastered not only affects the development of their personal ability and comprehensive quality,but also has an influence on whether they can make use of information technology to go in for education and teaching and integrate it with every subject smoothly after employment.Furthermore,it relates to the improvement of young children's information literacy and the future of our motherland.Therefore,the current situation of preschool education students' information literacy in secondary vocational schools and how to cultivate and improve it and a series of problems should be much concerned by the whole society.For this reason,the author selects the local preschool education students in a secondary vocational school as the research object,and related research and exploration are carried out regarding how to cultivate and improve the research objects' information literacy.First the method of literature research is used to summarize and analyze the existing research on information literacy.The necessity of the investigation and study is clarified.Based on the characteristics of early childhood education and preschool education students' questionnaires and interviews in secondary vocational schools,the objective analysis on the current situation of these students' information literacy is made.The influencing factor of the information literacy is explored from the perspective of schools,teachers,families,society and students themselves.Finally the targeted training strategies are mainly put forward,including the promotion of execution ability at school,the guiding of course system,the establishment of the software and hardware facilities,the optimization of information environment,the improvement of teachers' application frequency,the cultivation of the students' ability and the establishment of evaluation system.The innovation of this research is that it makes a more profound analysis as to the present situation of students' information literacy and the reasons for deficient items on the basis of questionnaires and interviews.It focuses on the factors such as the insufficient execution at school and the lack of information literacy evaluation system that were not attatched importance to in the predecessors' study.The training strategies lay emphasis on strengthening execution ability at school and trying to establish the preschool education students' information literacy evaluation system.
