With the rapid development of mobile Internet, Smartphones have been deeply into our lives, all kinds of business based on mobile Internet has also been widely used. At the same time, the teaching pattern of colleges and universities are innovating gradually, the method of introduction of intelligent terminal to promote interactive teaching between teachers and students is very necessary.This paper analyzes and designs mutual teaching platform based on OAO mobile Internet. This teaching platform switches the internal and the external network and separates in class interaction from after class self-learning. This teaching platform is divided into two parts, classroom interaction subsystem and online learning subsystem. Classroom interaction subsystem is in internal network for teaching interaction. In classroom, we introduce mobile ends, students go to class sign in, receive real-time teacher sent messages and other functions. This system can monitor students'series of acts such as playing mobile phone games. At the same time students attend to class sign in is implemented by scanning the QR code, this is very quick and convenient and can effectively avoid the remote students sign in. In order to ensure that students receive teachers push message, we use MQTT transfer protocol to implement message transmission between server and Android mobile ends. In this way, power consumption of mobile phone can largely reduce.Online learning subsystem is in external network for teaching interaction. After class students through mobile phone or PC can autonomous learn online, do homework, and so on. In the form of task driven to improve students' learning efficiency. Online learning subsystem uses JavaEE framework, this framework is very easy of development and maintenance, also applies Bootstrap front-end technology for page layout, achieves a responsive layout, so students can access through mobile ends.Mutual teaching platform based on OAO mobile Internet achieves a new teaching pattern that is combination of online and outline teaching pattern, this pattern can both motivate students to learn and provide a good solution to improve the quality of education.
