It is a high-tech, high efficiency,and highly competitive society nowadays. With the improvement of material standard of living, our spiritual life has also tended to be rich and colorful. With the popularity of 3G intelligent mobile phone, a new application form of network"-- micro-blog" has also emerged as the times required. "Micro-blog" is loved by the public because of its convenience, back to face interaction style and originality, so it enter into a new network era. In order to meet the demands of a new age, mobile phone micro-blog will be designed in this paper which is more convenient for use, in order to achieve micro-blog mobility, satisfying the majority of users of micro-blog portability, real-time demand, receiving and sending micro-blogs anytime and anywhere.This paper will combine the characteristics of mobile phone micro-blog communication interaction with school teaching work, design a the mobile phone micro-blog for interaction between teachers and students, students can record the difficult problems in the classroom with mobile phone micro-blog, they can wait until the break time to post questions on micro-blog, at the same time the teacher can see mobile phone micro-blog through the mobile phone, and answer the questions and give explanations to the students. The software will also notify personalized mechanism, user can freely choose whether there is need to send reminder to the user when having a newly published micro-blog. Teachers can also forward a number of issues to other teachers discuss with teachers about problems, to get the best solution. The classmates can publish micro blog to discuss problems, follow each other,, discuss learning methods, so as to better promote learning, increased the interaction among students. Teachers can also use mobile micro blog to sort out the universal problems, explain the unity in the classroom, during the holiday, the teacher may publish the mobile micro blog to explain, and the characteristics of mobile micro blog will enable each student to see the teacher. The teacher can also use mobile micro blogging to publish school notice, or convey classroom work to each student’s hands.In this paper, the design of the mobile phone micro-blog brings students another benefit, students’ questions and the teachers’ answers can be saved on micro-blog, convenient for review and targeted learning. This form can solve the problem to sort out difficulties and doubtful points because of lack of time encountered in the course of study fundamentally, reduce the students’burden, carry out more favorable school teaching work.
