In the process of the modern society, more and more science and technology are on the rise. In 1986, the German sociologist called Ulrich Beck first put forward the "risk society" theory in his book Risk Society. With the development of the society and technology, the human living in the modern society are facing with more and more risks which will threaten the survival and development of human.In the risk society, the rising of high-tech are changing people's mode of production and life, and it also enrich human`s life. It solved some problems which haven`t be solved before, but it also brings some risks unknown.For example: Internet technology facilitates people's lives, at the same time it brings the risk of fraud and other kinds network risks; Nuclear technology has brought new energy to humanity while it gave humanity the risk of nuclear war;The research and utilization of the car enriched the traffic patterns, but it also brings the air and noise pollution and other risks. In the process of human social existence and development, high-tech development has become the main source in risk society which will bring us something unknown risky.As a result we have to focus on their own scientific and technological development, at the same time we have to focus on how to deal with these risks.The 21 st century is the era of the network, the Internet technology has become one of the most important high-tech technology. Internet technology helped the human to set foot on the road of the world. Since the development of human society, the impact of Internet technology on human life and work is the most profound of all the high-tech, but at the same time we should also focus on Internet technology which bring a number of risks to humans. This paper first expounded the theory of risk society, pointing out some of the features of the risk society, subsequently pointing out position of the risky technical in society which become the main source of risk. This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of the Internet. Through the analysis of its characteristics and the risk of Internet technology.it research the characteristics and nature of the Internet technical risk, From the view of humanities life, ethical, financial and economic,the paper analysis different kinds of Internet technology risks.At last, we put forward reasonable solutions to the risk of Internet technology to make the development of Internet be sustained and healthy.
