In recent years, most cities are facing tremendous pressure on urban traffic and environmental problems brought by skyrocketing number of motor vehicles, the current measures such as restricting the number and limit the date you can use your car have been unable to solve the huge difficulties faced by urban traffic radically. As a relatively convinent means of transport, because of its low cost and bike advantage that bike unmatched speed, apparent physical savings in the long-distance riding and other reasons, electric bicycles quickly became an important tool for urban traffic travel supplement. In terms of the express industry, residents commuting, the way to help t kids go to school and so on, electric bicycles become the main selector. A conservative estimate is currently operating in the country the number of electric bicycles has more than 300 million. While improving the quality of residents travel, electric bicycles is also a big challenge to urban traffic management.Traditional methods of urban management is through the issuance of non-motorized way of license management, but the traditional way of managing the huge amount of vehicle efficiency is low and not easy to achieve control, and other reasons such as the lost of license is not conducive to long-term effective supervision.The development of the technology in Internet of things has brought a bright way to solve the problem.This paper achieves the scientific monitoring and unified management of electric bicycles with combining traditional RFID technology that widely used in the field of the Internet of things.Based on the specific needs of the urban electric bycicles management system,this paper designed and implemented the bike management in city based on hybrid storage through the relational and non-relational database technology research and compare to solve the rapid access and processing of real-time data, massive storage of historical data retrieval and other issues with using a variety of different types of database technology flexibly.Finally, this paper provides an effective solution to the management of urban electric bicycles, improve the efficiency to manage the urban electric bicycle.In this paper, the urban electric vehicle management system's basic information management platform including the management of the public security system staff management at all levels, the management of dealers and staff, the unified management of RFID card is designed and implemented with providing a unified information management services to management the basic information involved. In addition to the capabilities to manage the basic information, we also implements the data processing and analysis platform that provides statistical data and analysis capabilities for electric bicycles management system. For supporting the management of the basic information and data processing and analysis,this paper designed a storage system based on hybrid storage which include Redis, Hbase and Oracle to provide a uniform service for accessing data in background.
