Cloud computing has brought us convenience as well as security risks, so that most companies choose to build private cloud to store their confidential and sensitive data. However, private cloud is incomparable public cloud in terms of service capacity, performance and so on. Hybrid clouds combine public cloud's advantage of economic and efficient, and private cloud's advantage of high security and low risk. But how to integrate the two is the key to the problem.How to store the data between the public clouds and private clouds, protect data privacy is one of the key problems of hybrid cloud data security.In this paper, we firstly conduct a research and introduction of current Hybrid Cloud Storage technologies, including security of outsourced data, Data Access Privacy. Secondly, we proposed a new Hybrid Cloud Storage approach which is based on current data security and Data Access Privacy protection. The main idea of the approach is to process data that will be stored in cloud according to the needs of different user data privacy protection by using encryption, fragment and using information dispersal algorithm to confuse. The metadata of original data files will be stored in local devices and the processed data will be uploaded to Public Cloud Storage or Private Cloud Storage. In this way, the security and privacy access of original data are guaranteed by separating processed data and metadata. Finally, we implement the new Hybrid Cloud Storage system and take corresponding tests of data security and Data Access Privacy.
