The rapid development of modern measuring and control technology based on computer application and has become a comprehensive control technology of modern testing technology. Modern testing technology based on traditional testing techniques, modern sensor technology, communication technology and computer technology, using the latest scientific methods and results of the research testing systems integration. For example, based on network of machine visual test technology, and based on radar and wireless communication test technology, and based on global positioning system(GPS) test technology and based on virtual instrument(VI) of simulation built platform test technology, etc. Now has widely application in scientific research, national defense security and various kinds of social production, with increasingly important of role, become economy development and social progress essential of important technology, as well as our traditional competitiveness equipment to promote the core and key technology.Based on the theory of dynamic data measurement of sine signal source, quantization noise can be effectively inhibited and quantitative measurement accuracy improves. Because this method is based on the principle of quality improvement, it can restrain errors and improve accuracy. So the theory using the method of field will be immeasurably, such as high stability of the high precision of inertial navigation technology channel and eliminate the error sources. Again, such as the commonly used digital sensor technology and the principle of accelerometer can reduce the error and improve equipment performance.Experimented on the interval measurements, the measurement and practice for many times, found that when the system keep stable, the precision of the measurement system is higher than the system itself. It is also put forward static fuzzy area and dynamic fuzzy area theory. In recent years we apply edge effect to measure physical quantities with a significant gain. This paper mainly studies the application of theory of edge effect on quantitative measurement of voltage and meticulous implementation process, as well as results and future areas of application instructions. Application of the theory on quantitative measurement of voltage generally increased about 10 times, good results can obtained by 100 times. To quantify the AC voltage, we adopt TI company that provide high –speed A/D acquisition board(ADC08100) collection edge, application which extracted stable edge value data in the C programming language files. Based on MATLAB math works software platform to provide technical support to implement the fitting processing, it is concluded that the experiment result take advantage of obviously inhibited quantization.The experiments we do two basic data sample is a standard benchmark problem, we adopt the accuracy of equipment in the laboratory in one over ten thousand to one over one hundred thousand of the signal source(Fluke5520) as the output signal of the system mechanism. Its purpose is to avoid the error of signal source benchmark to take effect, another uses the data integration model makes the edge value is accurate and stable. Because obtaining experimental data needs to be speed sampling experiment in order to obtain accurate data source.
