With the continuous development of digital image processing and embedded technology,combined with engineering practice application requirements,an increasing number of researchers begin to pay attention to the application of panoramic imaging technology.It is widely used in exploration and pipeline wall address quality testing,but the existing panoramic imaging method have some shortcomings,such as,inconvenient to carry,high equipment costs,the image acquisition process cumbersome and other defects.Based on the traditional panoramic imaging theory, This article propose a truncated cone reflector embedded design full bore wall imaging method, this approach is simple,easy to carry, and to be able to expand and display the capture images in real time, etc, it can better adapt to the actual engineering practice, improve work efficiency.This article is divided into four parts elaborated research topics. Firstly,introduces the topic research significance and background, while the development of digital image processing and embedded technologies are briefly described; Secondly describes the system hardware composition,and structures the embedded system development platform; then, through introducing conventional imaging principle, panoramic annular imaging system is designed, this system can achieve the hole wall image information collection; and finally, explain the part of software in detail, due to the need to expands, display and coding compression the captured images in real time, so the system uses a multi-threaded programming, it can be mainly divided into four parts: the image data acquisition thread, the image data transmission thread, the original image expand and display thread and the original image encoding compression thread. The image data acquisition thread calls V4L2 to capture original image data through the camera, and input the collected image data into the buffer queue; The data in the buffer queue will be transmitted to the original image expand and display thread and the original image encoding compression thread by the image data transmission thread; As these two threads obtaining image data, they complete expanding and displaying the original image and encoding compression in real-time.Finally, the system was tested, indicating that the system can collect the whole image data of the cell wall, and be able to expand and display the captured image. In addition, future research work is prospected.
