Digital microwave components, a vital part of electronic equipment, the property of which influences the functionality and performance of the antenna. With the rapid development of military and civilian antenna, an increasing demand for the high-speed manufactory capacity of the digital microwave components is put forward. Aiming at the shortage of low efficiency in structure parametric modeling and complexity in simulation analysis, this paper develops and designs the specifically simulation software of structural-thermal-electronic coupling analysis for the digital microwave components.Based on the theory of the structural-thermal-electronic coupling of electronic equipment, a co-simulation platform for structural-thermal-electronic analysis of digital microwave components is designed and constructed, to achieve the function of software integrated analysis in structural-thermal-electronic optimization. The software platform includes the vibration and thermal analysis software of microwave components, coupled effect analysis software of cavity and connection technology on mechanism analysis software. What the platform does is to develop secondary the ANSYS, HFSS and other analysis software based on the command stream files. A software control method using the user interface parameters is proposed. Meanwhile, a clear and concise user interface developed by the C++ Builder is carried out. Once the software users just enter some basic parameters, then the software platform can itself establish a finite element model, automatically calculate the appropriate modal and extract post processing results and a series of relative operations, which makes the jobs of vibration and thermal analysis, coupled effect analysis and connection technology analysis be realized in the background by the finite element analysis. he software platform has been successfully applied to the design process of a digital microwave component, greatly improving the work efficiency of the designers, reducing the research costs and creating considerable economic benefits.Lastly, a kind of digital microwave component is illustrated to execute the structural vibration analysis and thermal analysis, coupled cavity effect analysis and connection process analysis using the software platform proposed in this paper, to test the validity and accuracy of the platform.
