A Research Of Tacit Knowledge Externalization Model Under Web2.0 Environment

The 21 st century is a new Knowledge Economy Era,in this knowledge-based society,dissemination and use of knowledge has become an important force in promoting social development.Tacit knowledge accounted for most of the total knowledge,only turn individual tacit knowledge into explicit one,can we promote the knowledge exchange and dissemination.Individual tacit knowledge is accumulation of insights,experiences,and skills for a long time,it is difficult to express in words,therefore,tacit knowledge externalization has been the emphasis and difficulty of tacit knowledge management field.With advances of Web2.0 technologies,Web2.0 and knowledge management are becoming Contact deeper,and also provides new methods and techniques for further study.Tacit knowledge externalization under Web2.0 environment is still a lack of systematic theoretical study,uniform standards,models,and effective management for Web2.0 information resource.Therefore,to explore how to make use of Web2.0 technologies to turn tacit knowledge into explicit one is necessary,thereby make full use of information resources,and promote the dissemination and sharing.In this paper,the main contents are as follows:(1)Summary of the existing research results.Summarizes the theory and application study of tacit knowledge externalization,tacit knowledge management and externalization under Web2.0 environment,and point out characteristics and problems of current research.(2)Describe tacit knowledge research under Web2.0 environment.Describes the relationship between tacit and explicit knowledge,the way of tacit knowledge externalization,and analyzes the motivations.(3)Construct a tacit knowledge model under Web2.0 environment.First,analyzes the characteristics of the facters.Then establishes the model,which contains four main parts,analyzes core modules detailly.Finally,discusses the conversion process.(4)Combined with the model's four main parts to propose strategies.Analyzes the characteristics of the factors when constructs the model is useful to promote tacit knowledge externalization,and as far as possible to ensure quality of explicit knowledge.Investigating strategies is effectively to promote the play of the model's utility.
