The21st century is the century of information. In the scope of the national security,the network information security has been the focus of the non-traditional nationalsecurity, which causes more attention worldwide.By analyzing the status of the Chinese network information security, we can see thatwith the development of the technology of the network information, the networkinformation security has become the national strategy. As network information securitydraws more attentions, the problems of network information security also exploded. Onthe one hand the foundation of information industry of China is weak, which cause morereliance of overseas countries; on the other hand the awareness of network informationsecurity of is still weak. In the same time, the reactionary force abroad is trying to damagethe construction by network information. All of the factors above require us to give moreattention to the network information management.In a comprehensive analysis of foreign information security management experienceand our network information security management challenges, this paper put forwardmeasures to improve the management of our network information security standards, thatis: improve the relevant laws and regulations, establish the correct information securityawareness, improve network information security governance way and to strengtheninternational cooperation in order to improve our level of network information securitygovernance, as well as protect the national security and interests.
