The Design And Implementation Of RUIYUAN Head Hunting Company Business Management System

This thesis presents the design and implementation of RUIYUAN head hunting service company business management system which development objective is to raise its talents service level, management efficiency, improve the service information precision and reduce its operational cost.The thesis gives an analysis at first on why the company’s current information system cannot be suitable to its future development. Based on detailed analysis and considerations the system’s requirements are established. The system’s functions are based on the analytical prediction on talents requirement tendency related with the local economy and industry developing tendency. Such prediction is a guidance used in this system fir improving high level talents service and enterprise recruiting business. On basis of the functional requirement analysis the system software design is presented with its layered architecture design of view management layer, talent basic information management layer, talent project basic information management layer, comprehensive information analysis layer and database management layer design. The system’s hierarchical architecture design reduces the complicated functional components to calling relatively simple functions in the lower layer to effectively lower the system’s complexity and raise the component’s reusability. On basis of the system design the thesis briefly discusses the system’s programming and tests.This software system is developed with the distributed application running environment.NET and the large scale enterprise database platform SQL Server and Web server centric structure. The system has undergone running tests and is converging to stability. Its application significantly raises the company’s management efficiency and its business precision which reaches the development goal in almost all aspects.
