In the early ninety’s of last century, foreign head hunting companies have entered the Chinese market in various forms, and international famous head hunting companies have set up offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou. With the international "foreign executive search" to enter, China’s local head hunting companies have developed rapidly. With the sustained and rapid growth of China’s economy, the demand for high-end talent is becoming stronger and stronger, the local head hunting companies have gradually developed and grown up. For enterprise HRs and CEOs, when looking for a cooperative executive search agency, the most important thing is its responsibility and professionalism. Compared to the head hunting companies that have set up for more than 10 years, small and medium-sized headhunting companiesthat want to survive and develop, need to strive to improve the quality of business personnel, optimize the key business processes, improve the efficiency of business processes, to enhance the core competitiveness. Under such circumstances, to develop a set of suitable for the company’s current situation, to solve the problem of the company’s management information system has become a magic weapon for the survival and development of small and medium-sized.With R headhunting Co., Ltd., Shandong Province as the research object, Author analyzed the company’s business situation and existing problems, and established information platform according to the company’s strategy,according to the specification of the design and development of the management information system.The system was established according to the need analysis, system design, system implementation, feedback of the application effect of the system, system optimization, and this paper is completed according to the process. The paper contains six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the environment of R head hunting company, points out the research purpose and significance of this paper, and makes clear the research ideas and research methods. Chapter 2 introducesthe research status of this subject, elaborates the theories related to this research, clears the system development strategies and methods used in developingR headhunter company management information system. In chapter 3, the author analyzes the current business process of R head hunting company, finds out the problems, and puts forward the solution to the company’s strategy. Chapter 4 describes the design ideas, detailed system architecture, the specific function of each module and the design of database tablesof R head hunting company information management system. Chapter5 describes the implementation and application of R headhunting company information management system, including preparation of the implementation of the system, problems encountered in the implementation of the, business logic implementation, before and after the application effect analysis, and the application of deficiencies of content. Chapter 6 concludes the main conclusions of this paper, the limitations of this paper and the future research direction.The management information system plays a good role in R head hunting company’s development,I also hopeit to play a reference role for the development of other small and medium-sized headhunting companies, help other headhunters combing business processes, so as to improve the overall level of local headhunting companies in China.The innovations of this paper include:first, based on the theory, the new business process of R head hunting company is built. Second, R headhunting information management system was established. The specification of company’s management system has been improved, and the foundationof implementing company’s strategic management and establishing company’s performance evaluation system has been laid by this system.
