This article discusses developing and implementation of Shanghai civil engineering construction management information system. This system platform developing is supported by Shanghai construction engineering trade center, faces to network management of the whole city’s civil construction completed period management and supervision.This paper emphasizes on discussing the sub-system faced to Shanghai municipal finance engineering construction management in Shanghai construction management information system. First, it discusses the basic knowledge and software technology related to developing. Then, it discusses the system’s function demand, mainly including municipal engineering projects’ health care function; project survey, design, construction and supervision bid management function; project security and quality management function project completion management function. After demand analysis, the article emphasizes on discussing the system’s software design, including the system’s general software frame, developing scenario, database sub-system’s design scenario, classified design scenario for fore-end function units and rear-end units’ parameter management and design scenario. It gives systematically discussion to the whole system’s internal design. On the basis of system design, it further discusses the system’s software programming and test, and gives summary to the whole article.This system is implemented under the.NET programming model and run in the environment of Windows.NET Framework runtime resource library, with the database of SQL Server2008. The current test shows that its operation tends to be reliable and stable.
