Design And Implementation Of Large Data Management Platform For Precision Poverty Of Gansu Province

Gansu provincial Party committee and provincial government proposed rounding the object, objectives, content, methods,evaluation and protection of six accurate”, aggregating resources, capital, projects, power and platforms in various aspects to go in line with the reality of Gansu. Through the integration of the data of the industry and the community to help the poor and the poor,Basic data and task goal of complete data, poverty alleviation project data, the use of funds benefit data and results in supporting the poor through data cleaning, conversion,calculation and analysis, and then completes on goals, projects, funding and results of data analysis, and the perfect policy, scientific judgments and accurate decision-making provide strong data supportIn this paper, the present situation of poverty alleviation management in Gansu Province, is the core to help the poor people, A set of accurate poverty alleviation management process based on the present situation of poverty alleviation in Gansu province is proposed, Finally,through the analysis of data integration, to make accurate decision. Based on the process of accurate poverty alleviation management, this paper designs and develops a large data management platform for Gansu Province, which is based on the accurate data management. The platform includes five major functional modules, such as the object of poverty alleviation, the poverty alleviation measures, the effect of poverty alleviation, data analysis, and performance evaluation and so on. Due to the larger workload, this paper focuses on the design of the poverty reduction target management and poverty alleviation measures in education, poverty alleviation, labor training for poverty alleviation and social poverty relief and reconstruction of poverty alleviation and five sub modules.In this paper, With the development situation in Gansu Province and the poverty relief work, the information management of the province's poverty data are analyzed, In this paper, the function of each module is described by use case diagram and use case analysis,The performance of the system is analyzed in view of the actual usage of the scene, and the interactive relationship between the various modules is demonstrated by the sequence diagram at the design stage. By class diagram, flow chart from the realization of the specific implementation details. After the completion of the system development, through a large number of user testing, the development of the poor performance of large data management platform for functional testing and performance testing, as the platform has been deployed for nearly two months, the government service hall staff agreed that the system can basically meet the needs of the current poverty alleviation business.
