Empirical Research Of Guangxi General Archives Professional Women SWB And Its Influencing Factors

Happiness is the eternal pursuit of mankind, it is closely related to people's daily work and life, especially in recent years, with the standard of living and quality continues improving, "Are you happy" is increasingly becoming a hot topic in people's lives. Archives is an important part of the social system, archivists will determine the prospects for the development of archival work quality and business archives. However, archival work has been considered to be a simple,boring, busy career, the attentive, calm features of women also make it a major force in the archives department, playing a very important role in the industry in the archives.They are formed at work professional identity and subjective well-being will help to stimulate boundless enthusiasm and motivation, therefore, concerned that professional women subjective well-being is important to the development of archives cause. Subjective well-being is the basis of physical and mental health of women archivists,but also to understand the extent of their professional identity, the current domestic and international research on subjective well-being is more abundant, but the system is not enough depth to women as objects to study the archivists subjective well- being relatively small, therefore, it needs worth of further exploration.In this paper, we make Guangxi comprehensive archives of professional women as the research object, using empirical research methods.On the basis of relevant literature review,we try to sort out from the work point of view, interpersonal angle, angle of self-made three major factors that affect women archivists subjective well-being, which are work stress, social support, psychological capital.And to explore the demographic variables of archival professional women SWB influence the situation. In this study,we use a questionnaire survey method utilizing SPSS21.0 statistical software for data analysis,and the results showed that:Firstly, SWB file professional women in the demographic variablesdiscrepancy: SWB there are significant differences in age, income,administrative levels, work experience; subjective well-being are no significant difference in the marriage, education.Secondly, the three factors of influence SWB situation: work stress has a significant negative impact on subjective well-being, including personal career development dimension has a significant negative impact on subjective well-being; social support and psychological capital on subjective well-being sense significant positive impact in terms of social support, leadership support maximum influence; psychological capital,Confident courageous, optimistic hope the greatest influence.
