When users watch videos on the online video sites such as Youku,IQIYI and Sohu,they need not download decoding software which are the corresponding websites,because these online video sites always use the general Flash Player platform which are provided by Adobe company.According to investigation,Flash Player platform is pre-installed on more than 90%of the personal computer,and it is convenient for ordinary users who watch online video using cross-platform.It's known to us,Flash P2P is a new type of video playback technology for the implementation of Flash Player platform which is proposed by Adobe Company.Although the Flash P2P is widely used in the personal computer,but the RTMFP which is used for communication between the peers of Flash P2P does not get enough detailed interpretation and the reason is that the Adobe company only provides the Adobe RTMFP protocol draft,scholars just use RTMFP to research the video live or video on-demand technology and RTMFP adopts AES 128-bit encryption algorithm to encrypt data,so based on this issue,this paper has done the following work:1)We capture upstream and downstream traffic and filter the RTMFP protocol packets?which are grabbed in the network center of Nanjing University of posts and telecommunications.Beijing.Shanghai.Hefei and Guangzhou.Through analyzing the RTMFP protocol packets and draft,we get the processes of RTMFP protocol.2)We can make a detailed interpretation to the video-on-demand process in Youku.IQIYI and Sohu video sites from reading the website source codes and capturing the RTMFP protocol packets from these three video sites.Due to Flash P2P and traditional P2P have the same characteristics,the scholars in the related fields have a consensus that the traffic does not have localized features,but this has not been verified by a large-scale experiment,in order to verify Flash P2P traffic does not have a localized feature article does the following:3)We extract the IP addresses from RTMFP protocol packets in 1 and separate the data by comparing the IP addresses from RTMFP protocol packets to the IP address segments from all over the city in China and draw intuitive histograms according to these results.Through these intuitive histograms,we can clearly and rigorous verify that the Flash P2P which use RTMFP protocol between peers does not have the traffic localization principle.
