Abstract/Summary:
The construction and development of the national bureau of statistics (NBS) training management system is completely based on the national bureau of statistics (NBS) to improving the quality of personnel and to complete the objective demand of the concrete work. In order to provide the better service for the national bureau of statistics and complete the responsibility of the national bureau of statistics, the responsibility of the national bureau of statistics training management system is imperative. It is like the hematopoietic stem cells in the human body, can continuously provide the high-quality staff for the national bureau of statistics, which can work better for the national bureau of statistics.The national bureau of statistics training management system is mainly divided into three parts, respectively, that is the training plan management module, the training management module, and the training costs management module, and these three modules are the core content of the training management system. By these three modules, the national bureau of statistics of employee training can be managed effectively.The system uses the popular B/S structure, and the Java language is used to develop the system. It is constructed by the industry mainstream way of software architecture, and the Oracle is introduced as the database system, and the RAC way is adopted as the database cluster. The system choose the SSH (struts 2+Spring+ Hibernate) technical architecture for the application development and use the rules engine, file service as the universal components of the system. The national bureau of statistics (NBS) training management system is implemented successfully.The construction of national bureau of statistics training management system establishes the own training database for the national bureau of statistics, it can manage the training information of national bureau of statistics effectively, and also provides a studying platform for staff. Through this platform, the staff can improve their own quality and accomplishment, and make the better service for the national bureau of statistics. By the construction of this system, a lot of original training information and the training plan will be organized and managed effectively. According to the statistical analysis of the information, it can obtain the best training way of the staff, and then improve the staff’s quality more effectively and fast.Of course, this system is a national scale, it is means that the concurrency value of the system and the complexity of the business should be needed expanded with the scale enlargement of use. So both the expansion of the performance way and the business mode of extension should be considered in the system design at the beginning.
