OTG technology is an emerging technology.lt can accomplish the connection and data communication between different common USB devices or portable devices without PC.And it has been widely used in the field of portable device.In the paper, OTG was combined with the technology of data collection. And a program that could conduct high-speed data collection and detection identification is designed, which can control the modules of system through the android platform.After ensuring the relatively stability and reliability of system, both software and hardware were designed in this paper.In terms of hardware, the OTG interface module and FPGA module are mainly designed, while the OTG driver and mobile device transmission protocol are mainly designed in software. In the aspect of gas recognition, methods of Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and Feed forward neural network were applied in the paper to recognize and analysis the collected data.Firstly, the method of PCA was used to reduce the dimension of the collected high-dimensional data to get a group of feature data set. And then MATLAB was used to conduct the simulations of standard BP and improved BP algorithms.Experiments showed that the improved BP algorithm could reduce the shock trend during study process and allows the network over the minimum area and the accuracy of identification will be greatly decreased.
