In the past few years,with the development of science and technology,the application field of drone technology has become more and more extensive.Drones have many characteristics such as low cost,strong mobility,as well as rapid and flexible deployment.These features make it possible to use drone-assisted sensor networks to complete environmental monitoring data collection tasks.Using drones as data collection nodes can broaden the space movement range of nodes,and is more suitable for sensor network data collection tasks in complex environments.This thesis divides data collection tasks in sensor network into single-hop transmission scenarios and multi-hop transmission scenarios.In the single-hop transmission scenarios,the K-Means++ clustering method is used for clustering of sensor nodes and cluster heads election in the initial state,which significantly improves the final error of the clustering results.In the next rounds of data collection,drone is used to assist in the election of new cluster heads and data collection tasks,taking into account the relative distance and the relative remaining energy relationship of the sensor nodes in their clusters,in addition,reasonable priorities are set for some nodes that have never been elected in the previous rounds and for the dead nodes.In the multihop transmission scenarios,for nodes that cannot deliver directly,the optimal relay node is selected for routing by comprehensively considering factors such as transmission angle,transmission distance,and remaining energy of the node in each cluster.The drone-assisted sensor network data collection strategy proposed in this thesis coordinates the overall energy consumption of sensor nodes in the environmental monitoring area,delays the death time of key sensor nodes,and extends the network lifetime.At the same time,in this thesis,an Improved Ant Colony Optimization is used to reasonably plan the data collection path of the drone.Compared with the comparison scheme,the Improved Ant Colony Optimization can obtain a better shortest path length,reduces data collection time of the drone,and has the fastest convergence speed when reaching the shortest path.
