With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology,network manufacturing has developed into a set of computer networks,automatic control,advanced manufacturing and modern management as one of the production model,through a unified manufacturing platform in support of intelligent algorithms to achieve manufacturing in the process of high efficiency and high flexibility,to enable enterprises to gain an advantage in the competition.In order to adapt to the LAN manufacturing in many varieties of small batch production mode and production process frequently manufacturing characteristics of uncertainty,with a highly flexible manufacturing system can meet manufacturing requirements.This article focuses on the production process of data collection technologies and processes rescheduling depth study.To solve the problem of real-time scheduling LAN manufacturing process stage constructed in time for the index scheduling model,designed a manufacturing process to achieve real-time scheduling of improved genetic algorithm,simulation results show that the method can effectively solve the LAN manufacturing process in real-time scheduling.Based on these studies,the authors implemented a manufacturing process for the LAN data acquisition and real-time scheduling system,which initially realized the data acquisition process real-time scheduling and equipment and other functions,to prove the effectiveness of the theory and algorithms.
